Small portion of noodles
Gluten free toast

Dinner -
Salmon
Carrots
Cabbage
Mushrooms
Potatoes

Gluten free toast
Stuffed vine leaf


Drinks -
Tea with soya milk x3
Roibos tea
Herbal read x 2

Have come down with a cold... Feeling hungry all the time... Not helpful!
