Day 1

7.5 hrs sleep
Wake at 06:00
Starting weight: 10.9

Breakfast -
porridge and ground seed

Snack -
One carrot

Lunch-
Salad with some of last nights roast dinner in it.

Snack - 
2 pieces of gluten free bread
Two rice cakes

Dinner -
One piece of rye bread with Marmite
Half an avocado
A bowl of sweetcorn soup

Drinks - 
3 herbal teas.
Two cups of tea with soya milk
3 glasses of water
Roibos tea with soya milk
De-caff coffee with soya milk

I went to an hour long yoga class today. I feel more alined and could sense my body using my reserve energy to keep me going.

No Chocolate today :) No unhealthy snacks :) I followed through on my plan to write everything down. Hooray. Going to sleep at 21:18
