Today was a bad food day... I think I was really tired and feeling run down. I need to prepare more for these days. I should have boiled an egg and bought some houmous. I do not think that it is bad for my body to eat more when run down and tired but I need to make sure that the first think I reach for is water and then healthy food.. Tomorrow is another day :)

It starts today...
I've come to the point in my life where I can no longer blame, baby weight, lack of time or being big bonned, I have to make life style changes and they start today. I thought of how I would change my habbits of a life time and was left feeling dissonant until I thought of starting a blog. It's the modern day conscience. I know that what I will post on here about my eating habits and fitness will be an honest depiction of my life. It will force me to be more aware of what I am fuelling my body with and how much support I give to my nervous system. I intend for this to become a journal to help me see my progress and later to encourage others to make small changes that will last a life time. So, here goes :)
